A las dise\u00f1adoras nos cuestan bastantes los n\u00fameros, as\u00ed que ac\u00e1 les dejamos un ejemplo did\u00e1ctico para que sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil entenderlo. Pueden guardar la f\u00f3rmula as\u00ed lo tienen a mano cada vez que lo necesitan!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pero primero hay que saber qu\u00e9 es y para qu\u00e9 sirve:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La curva de talles representa los talles que se van a utilizar en un determinado art\u00edculo. Puede ser S-M-L o XS-S-M-L-XL.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Estipula la cantidad de prendas que vamos a hacer por cada talle. Por eso es importante saber qu\u00e9 talles se venden m\u00e1s, para elegir el equilibrio de la curva: 1-2-1, 2-3-1, 3-4-2 o lo que sea necesario seg\u00fan sus consumidores.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 se usan n\u00fameros b\u00e1sicos en vez de cantidades reales? Porque para que el corte sea productivo y m\u00e1s barato, las prendas por talle deben poder multiplicarse por n\u00fameros enteros, 80\/160\/40 (2\/4\/1). Adem\u00e1s si llegan a salir m\u00e1s o menos prendas, se mantiene la distribuci\u00f3n de talles.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ahora si, vamos al ejemplo:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Yo quiero hacer 1000 remeras y mis talles son SML. Yo vendo m\u00e1s S y M, por lo tanto deber\u00eda hacer m\u00e1s producci\u00f3n de esos y menos del L, por lo que mi curva va a ser 2-2-1, siendo el doble de prendas en S y M que en L.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Para saber cu\u00e1nto tengo que cortar de cada talle tengo que:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dividir las 1000 prendas por la suma total de la curva, en este<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0caso 5 (2+2+1): 1000\/5=200. Este va a ser el n\u00famero por unidad de la curva.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Multiplicar este n\u00famero por cada talle. Para el talle S y M va a ser 200*2= 400 y para el talle L 200*1=200.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0Sumar todos los totales y nos da el total de prendas que queremos hacer.
