Es un papel que va sobre la <a href=\"https:\/\/howfashionworks.com.ar\/stage\/blog\/encimado\/\">encimada <\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(capas de tejido para cortar) en donde est\u00e1 representada la <a href=\"https:\/\/howfashionworks.com.ar\/stage\/blog\/curvas\/\">curva<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0que elegimos (2\/2\/1). Primero se trabaja de manera digital y luego se imprime en un plotter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El objetivo de la tizada es el aprovechamiento del tejido, por lo tanto su optimizaci\u00f3n debe ser mayor al 80%. Esto quiere decir que los moldes deben estar pegados uno al lado del otro, como rompecabezas, para que el desperdicio de tela sea el m\u00ednimo posible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Lo que tenemos que tener en cuenta para armar una Tizada:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">ANCHO: Este va a estar determinado por el rollo m\u00e1s angosto. Tambi\u00e9n hay que descontarle los orillos y con eso tenemos el \u00abancho aprovechable\u00bb.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">LARGO: El largo de la tizada tiene que ver con la curva que estemos manejando y la prenda en s\u00ed. Es fundamental tener presente el largo de la mesa, la tizada debe ser menor a la misma.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">CURVA DE TALLES<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">*<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: Cu\u00e1les son los talles a cortar y la cantidad de cada uno. No es lo mismo hacer una curva 2-2-1 que una 4-3-1. En el primer ejemplo necesitamos repetir los moldes 5 veces mientras que en el segundo, unas 8. En este caso, el largo de la tizada va a ser mayor.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">RINDE: Para saber el rinde de la tizada en tejidos planos, se divide el largo de la misma por la cantidad de prendas marcadas.
