El CONTROL DE CALIDAD es exactamente lo que su nombre indica, un \u00e1rea d\u00f3nde se controla la calidad de las prendas. Lo importante a tener en cuenta es que hay que ir chequeando c\u00f3mo viene a lo largo de la cadena productiva no solo al final, de esta manera podemos ir viendo si hay problemas y resolvi\u00e9ndolos antes de seguir agregando valor y tiempo a la prenda que despu\u00e9s no podemos recuperar.<\/p>\n
Hay muchas instancias y formas de hacerlo pero generalmente lo que se hace es revisar el 10% de la producci\u00f3n y ver el resultado. Si cumple con los par\u00e1metros, se aprueba y si no se chequea un porcentaje mayor y as\u00ed sucesivamente, un 50% o 100%.<\/p>\n
Control de Calidad no solamente aprueba o no las producciones si no que tambi\u00e9n las \u00absalva\u00bb y trata que haya la menos cantidad de prendas de segunda posible. Hacen magia sacando manchas. Y obvio tienen todo el trabajo previo a la producci\u00f3n como chequear la calidad de telas y av\u00edos que llegan de los proveedores, controlar que no desti\u00f1an ni se achiquen con el lavado, entre otras tareas m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n
C\u00f3mo dije antes, est\u00e1n presentes durante todo el proceso y deben tener contacto con todas las \u00e1reas. Son fundamentales para que las producciones salgan correctamente.<\/p>\n
