Desde el \u00e1rea de compras entr\u00f3 al \u00e1rea de indumentaria donde termin\u00f3 desarrollando su carrera durante casi 25 a\u00f1os. Aprendi\u00f3 a entender al consumidor, a proyectar colecciones democr\u00e1ticas y rentables, a integrar el arte de la negociaci\u00f3n, la planificaci\u00f3n y la creatividad con la que uno logra maximizar un negocio.<\/p>\n
Despu\u00e9s, empez\u00f3 a trabajar en Nike como gerente de producci\u00f3n nacional, donde se adapt\u00f3 casi como si reci\u00e9n empezara, atravesando un mill\u00f3n de exigencias que uno jam\u00e1s imagina est\u00e1n detr\u00e1s de una prenda de primera marca. Entendi\u00f3 que necesitaba aprender a liderar profesionales y por eso volvi\u00f3 a la facultad para estudiar coaching organizacional.
